Ok, here it is, I found a video on You Tube of the soccer match where Maradonna used his hand to score a goal that the referee never caught. Argentina beat England 2-1. Later, Maradonna coined the phrase by saying the goal was a little bit the head of Maradonna and a little bit the hand of God. I find it quite funny. This was four years after England crushed Argentina's attempts to reclaim the Malvinas Islands (the Faulkands) which lie clearly off the coast of Argentina and are very far from England. I guess in a way this was payback.
